”The site is wonderful. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast was terrific. The room was neat, clean and the bed was very comfortable.”

”the hotel was apparently going under a remodel- the in room phone didn't work and TV kept going out. You kept having to unplug it and then re-plug it in. The cleaning of the room was subpar. We never got clean towels and washcloths and had to reuse dirty, wet ones. When the coffee was restocked, they didn't clean out used wet coffee pod and just left it in the machine. Very disappointing stay.”

”Reserved a double and room only had one bed. We went down to ask for extra blankets and pillows and were told sorry we are sold out. No toilet paper. Pretty bad experience”

”The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Didnt really like how they had it set up. It seemed very compact and if there was more than a handful of people it would be crowded. All employees we encountered were super friendly. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random”

”Especially if you have a student that attends Nazareth University, the hotel is less 15 min from Rochester Airport and less than 10 min from campus. Many food places to eat. Gas station right across the street. Less than 5 min from Highway for other local things to do. Breakfast is the same but they serve everyday. Staff is friendly. They do have a mini mart.”

”Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. Hotel just needs to be more...

”We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent ”
