”The hotel outsources vending of beverages and snacks. But they claim no responsibility if something goes wrong. I had the AI vending system charge me $10 for a $2 water. The night manager then claimed there was a sign that said the vending machines had nothing to do with the hotel. Well, there was no sign. He started lecturing me and give me a huge attitude. I get it - the vending is outsourced, but if hotel is going to make a ton of money on this, they have to take some responsibility for...

”For starters, there is the smoking area right as you walk in and there were 4 people outside smoking and I’m allergic to smoke. Awful way to walk into a hotel. People were walking in the room above us, very loudly at 3AM the first night and woke us up several times. The next night, the person was talking extremely loud on speaker phone in the room beside us after midnight and again woke us up, then the loud walking in the room above us started again. The breakfast is awful, microwaved frozen...

”No complaints except the first floor is very noisy, due to the kitchen being there. Otherwise room was comfy although I personally did not like the pillows but bed and sheets were very pleasant to sleep in. I had to buy water there which was a little pricey and annoying but other amenities were good. Lots of places to eat nearby and the location is very convenient for anywhere you want to go in the area I would stay again.”
