”The service is bad. I ordered two bottles of water after I came back. After 30+ mins, I needed to reorder again since they had missed the first request. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned I had outstanding breakfast bills, which I was using the voucher for. Moreover, after I checked out, I still receive I had missed the checkout time.”

”Hotelli on kaunis ja romanttinen. Huoneestamme oli upeat maisemat Blue Mountainsille. Mannermainen aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotelli on rauhallinen ja tyylikäs. Pieniä puutteita oli palvelussa, huonetta ei enää siivottu, kun lähdimme vasta klo 10 jälkeen ja joidenkin henkilökuntaan kuuluvien ystävällisyys ja palvelutaso ei vastannut hotellin tasoa.”

”The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops.”

”There were the bare basics only. No TV. no tea/coffee. Only one key set. One bed was like sleeping on concrete, the other like sleeping on saggy foam. No bedside lamps. On the plus side it was clean, spacious, good aircon, full of light, and close to PT and shops. And reasonably priced.”

”No aircon in the unit only fans, if you drive a large suv parking at the back on the allocated slot is very incovenient. Wifi is not available for my firsr 2 days of accomodation until i spoke to customer service. Rooms are very basic. Lots of cockroach which tells you the cleanliness. Otherwise great location. Close to train station. Lots of great restaurants around.”

”Great location, price and the apartment was clean and tidy. The downfall was the running water in the ensuite toilet heard throughout the night, major stains on the uncomfortable lounge, uncomfortable beds and flat pillows spoilt the overall experience. ”
