”The property did not match the listing. It was advertised for 4 people with parking, but there was no proper parking available. The sleeping arrangement was not suitable—only one double bed and a sofa bed. The bed itself was very weak and shook with any movement. There were also basic issues: the toilet door was not working properly, and only a bar of soap was provided (no handwash or shower gel). We contacted the homeowner about these problems, but they were unable to resolve them. Overall, a...

Property is exactly as per description and photos on Stayz website. Nikki was a fantastic host too, very quick to respond to any queries and all instructions were very straightforward. Would 100% stay at this property again. Highly recommended.”
