”The photos did not match reality. The pool and several areas were under renovation, with visible construction work. However, the staff was very efficient and very attentive throughout our stay.”

”This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. ”

”Breakfast was not served in restaurant as shown in Expedia pictures. They arranged breakfast in a convention hall which was not clean or hygienic. Coffee and Tea were cold at room temperature. Only two waiters were standing stalemate without helping the guests or checking the food. Bad experience with the restaurant.”

”I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right....

”Weird noise vibrating the entire room and probably the building, did not let me sleep well. It was one of the 2nd worst hotel stay considering I travel worldwide and spend about 30-60 days in all kinds of hotels in all parts of the world. Managent tried to change my room but that did not help much. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Also, the entire building was smelling weird spice smell. ”
