”For the amount paid the room and breakfast were good however things such as check in being at 4pm, having to book the pool in advance (we couldn't even use it the day of check out as it was fully booked) and general customer service (not having room number taken at breakfast and having to find staff member ourselves) let this place down ”

”Little bit of confusion at check in which was quickly and easily sorted out by the staff. Apparently hotels.com and the hotel aren’t compatible when booking so I’d call ahead if you are staying here to cover any issues before you arrive. ”Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful.
