”Absolutely fantastic place to stay,a must do.”

”Apartment was clean and well resourced. On-site swimming pool was clean, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and communication through text message was excellent. Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill.”

”Overall the stay was good, with just a couple of points that let it down. Breakfast on the first morning was quite disappointing in that we sat down and it was 35 minutes before our order was taken and another 20 minutes before it arrived. There were a number of vases of wilted/dead flowers around the rooms. Silly point, but the toilet roll holder was impossible to use without the roll coming off and shooting across the floor. ”The room was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. The only drawback for us was the lack of a cooked breakfast. I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog”

”Our room was great and the staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and Maggie, our attendant, was brilliant. The hotel just seems a little tired but the amenities and meals were very good as was the sea view.”

”We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend! We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade on our room and it was beautifully decorated. They were friendly at check in and took us to our room, leaving us some shortbread biscuits. Breakfast in the Grain store was amazing, we also had dinner there.”

”This was a lovely hotel with a very comfortable bed with good quality linens and towels, a great shower and toiletries, and it was reasonably quiet. I particularly appreciated that there were drawers and hangers so I could unpack for the few days I was there. The rooms on the main site overlook the outdoor seating area and open directly onto the outdoor courtyard, and some have stairs to access. ”this was a terrible experience. arrived to a boarded up hotel, with a small note attached to door saying they have reserved rooms round the corner at Carlton hotel. No warning at all well this was a awful hotel so tatty and dirty. no ammenties. lots of staff but no help what so ever came home early NEVER AGAIN. so be warned save your money G Field”

”A well run hotel...very clean room....and stayed on a Sunday evening when no food served so can't comment....but would recommend the hotel and will stay again...staff very helpful and lovely choice of beers at the bar....and shops close by”
