”Pool was not clean. No towels at the pool. Staff was difficult to find to correct issues. Breakfast on Sunday ended at 9:30 but food was gone by 9:10. Won’t stay again. ”

”The staff were amazing. Everyone you encountered was lovely. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was spacious and beautiful. My favorite part was the fireplace. Our bed was super comfy. We had some drinks and brunch at the restaurant on site. Those were also very good. Hotel is beautiful inside and out. A must see. ”

”Large modern room. Well appointed design. Medium firm bed. The staff were amazing especially Sherry in the cafe and Kaylyn at the front desk. So nice and helpful. The pool and gym are a bigger size than most hotels. Only reason for 4 stars is that housekeeping missed my room. I would stay here again. ”

”Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow. To allow guests some peace from at least the hallways and connecting rooms. It was like everything was paper thin. Staff was extremely friendly, but might have been a bit overrun,...

I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes.
