”The Manager Darron m, I think and one of the hotel bellman is what encouraged ne to rate this property with a 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1 star. For a 4 star rated hotel much more is needed in room cleaning, bellnan service. We booked because the hotel advised that it offered bellnan service we are both physically challenged my husband more so handicapped- He felt and injured himself trying to pull his suitcase inside. ”Every member of the staff that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. The room had everything needed to relax, cook, bathe, and sleep. The heating and cooling for the room worked perfectly and I could adjust it with ease. The indoor pool was warm and open until 10 pm. ”

The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon.
