”Das Personal war hervorragend! Obwohl wir eine extrem späte Anreise hatten, wurde auch um 22:55 noch auf uns gewartet und beim Einchecken geholfen; vielen Dank. Sehr zu empfehlen, sowohl was die Parkmöglichkeiten als auch die Zimmer angeht. Und das Allerbeste: Logistisch gesehen perfekt gelegen zwischen Edinburgh und Glasgow; thank you so much”

”Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Comfortable bed, bathroom could do with a shelf/storage area for personal toiletries/cosmetics. But would definitely recommend the hotel to friends. ”

”I booked at the last minute and when I arrived Keri greeted me with warmth and openness that started my stay off feeling comfortable and at ease. The room was fine. It was clean and cozy. I was in room 16 which felt a bit like I was in a corner closet do to it's location in an off shoot of the main hall. Once inside the room, it was decent space, tidy and acceptable. There wasn't any coffee in the room, which isn't a problem but did surprise me. The staff I dealt with made me feel at home.”

”Need better pillows. Need a place to put my soap and toiletteries inside the shower. Clean towels are placed on the shower floor!! Better hot water kettle.”

”Wir hatten das Zimmer im Dachfirst, daher viele schräge Decken. Zum Frühstück gab es full scottish, eine neue Erfahrung für uns. Im großen und ganzen war es sehr schön. Das pubquiz hat uns großen Spaß gemacht. Parken kein Problem. ”
