”Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant! ”

”Staff was very good, but hot water was not there. They told me to turn on the boiler for 15 mins than hot water will come. I left it on for 45 mins, hot water was there for half a bucket, I ended showering with cold water. There is no elevator and lot of stairs. Electric socket was open. ”

”Your property is located at a hill top so you should definitely make driver quarters. Your location of hotel is such that finding a place for guest's driver is difficult. The resort being such a great start resort should definitely have driver quarters.”

”Pros: The place is good and very well situated. Staff is friendly and the food is very good. It has a swimming pool which gives infinite view outlooking to the lake on one side and mountains on the other side. Cons: wifi speed is slow however the hotel staff informed that bsnl is the only vendor in the area for broadband. Hotel is situated at some height from the road and ramo up to the hotel is very very steep and hotel management should look towards it.”

”Absolute perfect stay for two nights and we wished if we could extend our stay. We visited in mid august. All cottages are facing mountains and since it was monsoon those were lush green. Absolute bliss to watch!! Felt as if we r in europe! Must visit in monsoons or immediate post monsoon. Right from room, service, food, everything spotless!! Its cheaper to have ala carte instead of buffet if dinner not part of booking. Bt must eat at resort as food quality is very high.”
