”When we arrived at the reception desk the person at the desk was very polite but then it went down hill some of the staff are unapproachable this is not the hotel we came to three years ago the breakfast was alright the room was basic there was no fridge.”

”We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was absolutely empty - (we were the only two people at breakfast in a room that could seat 100) the hotel still denied a late checkout (personally I think 11am checkout is too early) so we were charged an extra £20 for a 12pm checkout. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful.
