”The people that were working during my stay were very unprofessional. I called ahead for an 1 hr to say I would be running late no one answered after I call like 3 times I had to go 30 minutes to the hotel just to check myself in and complain that no one answered that I had to come all the way there which was ridiculous then returned to the event that I came in town for which was nearly over by the time I drove the 30 mins back to the event was nearly over. ”First, the registration office is kind of hidden and it was hard to find it. The room was not very clean and there are really no amenities. The breakfast area doesn't even have tables, only a few bar stools and a high bar area. Also, regarding breakfast, if you can call it that. "Lovely stay at the 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast: you can choose the buffet or order from the menu (we had the buffet and it was a great start for each day). Amazing views from the room to the iconic Times Square and despite the central location the room was very quiet. The View restaurant was very nice and also the 8th floor restaurants. We would definetely recommend this hotel!"
