”The property is clean..
They falsely advertise there “Ocean View” rooms . There are no actual “ocean view” rooms unless you are part of diamond club … I paid for a “Luxury Ocean View” room and got a view of a pool and literally a corner of the beach . They did not offer an upgrade for the inconvenience…
There is a temporary $300 dollar charge due at check -in … they did not mention this prior to booking
The hot tubs/whirlpools are not hot and the staff refused to fix them

”Staff was helpful and warm, plenty love.The location and view marvelous,nice pool both bar personal Shania and Alecia were so loving and helpful made our stay comfortable.
The front desk ladies did a fantastic job in welcoming us and ensuring our stay was comfortable.The restaurant staff ensured meals and drinks were on time and great taste.
The hotel is booked for upgrade so improvement are on the way.”

”Overall we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a Gauguin Suite, which felt more like a private villa than a hotel room. Having a secluded backyard and plunge pool was a huge plus and made the stay feel very intimate and relaxing. The beach is absolutely beautiful and easily one of the resort's biggest highlights.
