”Absolutely not enjoyable. The first day we arrived, we were treated rudely. The front desk did not give any kind of information on restaurants, or where our building was located, or even what our wristbands are for. I would say hello to the men at the front desk and he wouldn’t acknowledge us, the other rolled his eyes and said hi with an attitude. We arrived at 3:30pm, granted check in was at 4pm but we did not have a room ready until 5:30pm. During that time we were told to leave our luggage...

”Clean, kid friendly property with tasty buffet breakfast. I like the fact that it’s close to the mall and a few restaurants. The staff were very hospitable, especially their events coordinator Denver who gave much needed advice on how to get around the island and activities to try. My stay was great and I look forward to visiting again.”

”Pidin siitä, että hotelli oli sopivan kokoinen ja persoonallinen
boutique-hotelli. Majoitusliikkeen ympäristö oli kaunis ja
hyvin hoidettu. Suurin osa palveluista sujui hyvin. Kun esim.
wc:n huuhtelu meni epäkuntoon, korjaaja tuli heti soitettuani
conciergelle. Ainoastaan pesula-palvelu ei toiminut aivan
odotusten mukaan. Jättäessäni pyykkiä pestäväksi pyykkipussiin sänkyni päälle keskiviikkona sitä ei ollut noudettu vielä perjantainakaan. Mukana oli asianmukaisesti

”Definitely love this property. It is nice that it is literally steps from the beach. Got to tour their next door resort they are opening, absolutely beautiful. Everyone here was soo welcoming and accommodating. We tried to do their watersport but unfortunately it didn't work out. The rooms are nice and spacious. I would say the only negative was the beds. You can feel the springs through the mattress. Not comfortable but we enjoyed our time so we didn't let it bother us! My two teenage...

”This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. ”My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
