”The pool was closed. I booked the stay for the pool and the views from the infinity pool. The staff was nice, but I was not happy overall. I booked a 2-night stay with Expedia. I canceled the first night. I never got a refund.”

”This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in, the staff was very nonchalant, I’m still waiting for the staff member at the restaurant to call me so she can take my order since Friday March 6th today is Sunday March 8th lol, the staff that greet you at the door were very kind, and friendly. But I would never be back. ”

”It is a pity that the music played is too loud and not suitable, interfering with conversation. When I complained I was told that is how the owner likes it. First principle for hospitality business: please your customers, not yourself. Why not gentle pan music, or guitar, piano? You are in Trinidad, set the right mood!”

”Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking...

”The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. ”

”The room was spacious and overlooking the ocean. Friendly staff and the cook prepared deliscious meals. The host was kind enough to offer us a ride to Maracas Bay which is a lively spot along the beach.”
