”We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

”Property was nice and clean. The area of the location was very nice. We had no worries leaving our motorcycles out in the parking lot over night in this area. The shower water was only slightly warm not hot at all. That’s my only complaint, but after riding 6-1/2 hours and spending a lot of time at a biker rally we really didn’t care haha. Just happy to be able to shower. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Stayed with family and friends for a quick overnight after a day at Cedar Point. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it very convenient. Nice country location close enough to Cedar Point but far enough away from the business of town. Easy check-in and out. Only used the property to sleep and shower. Nothing fancy, just a nice simple clean home. The huge bean bag chair was a hit with everyone. :)”

”We had a brief hiccup upon trying to get into the unit. We worked with the property manager, and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. The communication was awesome. The customer service was the best. Definitely going again next year. This was our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint. There is a lot to do in the area. We discovered on this visit four different state parks right in the immediate area.”
