”Clean, safe and quiet. Great hotel for adults, there were no kids running around. Modern and the heating in the room worked well. The outdoor jacuzzi was so relaxing. I read that someone complained about thin walls: during my stay some noise could be heard but nothing that was bothering me, would def stay here again! The unhoused live in the park a block away but there was no trouble during the whole week. I bought breakfast for some and they were very kind and thankful. ”

”We chose the property because it had space available last minute for a spontaneous trip to Santa Cruz. The location was a nice short walk to downtown and several nice restaurants. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We only spent one night and did not use anything else on the property other than the room. We did notice that there were people partying and making a lot of noise. It didn't bother us because we were far enough away. I don't think anyone was supervising the property to make sure...
