Pyysin varausta tehdessä huonetta merinäköalalla, mutta emme sellaista saaneet, mikä oli pettymys. Suoraan hotellilta lähtee kävelypolut, joten jos lomasuunnitelmissa on patikointia ja ulkoilua, tämä hotelli on hyvä valinta. Itse hotelli oli varsin nuhjuinen ja asiakaskunta pääasiassa eläkeläisiä. Ainut syy yöpyä tässä hotellissa on sen ainutlaatuinen sijainti, mutta vaatii sen että...

”Tired and in need of care and refurbishment. Parking limited and not easy access. Room showing signs of damp in bathroom. Entry door damaged and needed repair to gain access. Plus side hot water supply very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed after good cooked breakfast at the weekend Monday morning continental breakfast, which consisted of dry, stale mini croissants and pain au chocolat, no chese or cold meats(available at the weekend) and hot drinks machine not working. ”

”The room was ok,but you could smell kitchen odours in the bathroom . The evening meals were poor, alot of the meals did not have the ingredients and the meals were poorly cooked. Lacked organisation ”

”It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊 ”

”Nice clean and comfortable lodge (beach house). Close to swimming pool and pub (which is expensive). Not far from beach.”

”The car park was good and the bar was with a lot of choice of whatever you fancied to drink Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect, easy access to local bus service. The hotel was very clean . Fires were lit to add to the lovely feeling of comfort ”

”This is a room in a pub. But our room was to a high standard and almost large enough to be a suite. Absolutely in the centre of Whitby. Breakfast was good and hearty too. Could do with more power sockets in the room, though.”

”Had bad experience this time around waited 20 minutes just to check coz there’s only one staff member running accommodations do he’s never been in the building when ever I needed help there was no only one electrical socket far away from the bed no internet toilet is 2 floors down absolutely ridiculous and also noise from other guests to mention but a few”
