”The hotel was convenient. You can tell it was an older hotel that was recently renovated. Overall a nice place and would stay again. Nothing super fancy and some of the room furniture could be replaced. The windows are in need of a good cleaning. The desk staff was wonderful both last night and this morning. Super friendly. The breakfast was good, basic but good. The parking lot has a few larger potholes and needs attention. Overall nice place and would stay again. Thank you!”

”Room was clean but there were items missing from the shower - no shampoo or body wash.
As well, there was a fire drill at 5:00 am - the announcement was quite loud and exact. However there was no all clear announcement made. Someone on the staff went outside to tell the people waiting outside the lobby area that it was a
false alarm. The rest of us had to figure things out for ourselves in the cold - and some people were in bedclothes and no shoes. Need a better emergency plan in place.”

”The desk attendant Lisa was fantastic. After getting to our room, we wanted a luggage stand. She had just sent us a text to ask if we needed anything, so I texted her our request and she brought it up.
The first day breakfast hot food selections were barely warm and was almost empty, I didn't bring it to the attention of staff. I just got something else. Later, I noticed that new trays of hot food came out. I think they should have removed the food items that were not hot enough and left...

”Our whole stay was beyond exceptional. We stayed here for a wedding on Seneca Lake. The history of the place was very interesting and informative. The atmosphere was remarkable, quiet, unique and serene. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Owners, Jean and Mike, were wonderful people to meet and talk to. The Brunch was unique and delicious. Very clean rooms in the whole place. ”

”This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast.
