”We didn’t know what to expect when we booked this hotel for a wedding in the area. When we went inside it was just stunningly beautiful clean and modern. The staff in the front desk took care of our bags until we returned in the evening. We were taken to our room by one of the night staff who carried our bag. An absolutely lovely hotel and staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

”I stayed two night's at the Russell Hotel. Absolutely no complaints, staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The building itself is old and quaint, within easy walking distance from the town centre. My room was at the very top of the building, my stay was during a heatwave, the hotel doesn't have aircon so the room was very hot, so sleep was difficult. I asked for a fan, but it had already been given to another guest. So perhaps the owners could...

”The hotel is on the main street accessed via a side alley with steps and parking is available across the road. A warm welcome on arrival. We had room 20 which was spacious and had a view onto the bustling Pantiles street area of TW. If you are like us a couple staying overnight for a nice dinner and a few drinks, this is actually a perfect place to stay. On the Sunday morning because we were up early, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel which is à la carte and I must say the coffee was...
