”Traditional beach hotel feel. Clean room. Took a room with a balcony. Really worth it! Only minus was the lacking fridge at the room.”

”Second stay here at the Falstaff in Canterbury, my favourite hotel in town, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff, and the free cheese and biscuits during happy hour can't be understated. Also you can tell a lot of a place in what they think of their customers by the quality of the bathrooms and the soap they use, The Falstaff exceeds all expectations, thanks for another wonder stay.”

As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. ”

”The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Was a little disappointed to be charged for parking, this seemed a little unnecessary given the location and felt like just a way to extract more money from guests. Given the location almost all guests would have to have driven so it would be clearer to include the full costs in one hotel price than have hidden costs as soon as you arrive. ”

”Very good all round ! Except pet-friendly charge excessive compared to all the other Hotels we use regularly! Who normally charge between £6-£20 and are sometimes free. With the additional car parking charge now it is making our stay with you be carefully thought about. Shame you are becoming a bit Corporate greedy!! ”
