”The property is old beams, four poster beds, sloping floors, beautiful property nice restaurant local to shops pubs and staff young and very helpful and polite nothing too much trouble, our room had a king size 4 poster bed high but very comfortable good shower too, definitely be going back again food was very good also and when you stay you get 10% off food and drink”

”Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool. To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too! All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. This will be a regular stop off for us whilst visiting my daughter in Liverpool. All I can say is Thank you . Lisa, Lee and Finley x”

”The hotel was in need of some tender loving care. It had clearly been a formidable building in its day and stood in extensive grounds but 3 centuries of wear have not been kind. There was no problem with cleanliness and the staff were excellent. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We chose this hotel because of the leisure facilities and we were not disappointed. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were invigorating. The steam room was out of order during our stay but that did not...

”Location is the best, central to everything. Relaxing lounge rooms to have a drink. The restaurant was a bit faulty towers but the food was very nice. Good fan provided in room which is needed during warm weather. Friendly staff, unique old building, would stay there again. Ludlow is a very nice village to walk around.”
