”Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. ”

”This is the second of recent stays we have been in very dated rooms, first visit no hot water and this time the cold water tap on the bath didn't work at all! Spoke to manangement who said we should have called maintenance, however at 7.30am and with 2 dogs who would bark and wake other guests not a considerate option! should have worked in the first place! Manager did suggest he would contact me after we left but so far he has not! Not sure we will stay again now, very disappointing as we have...

”The service in the breakfast was great and helpful but products were ran out all the time. Staff was young overall and seemed unefficient. Room was beautiful and surrounding nice countryside, peaceful and pretty.”

”A lovely little stay- with hotel rooms situated above the restaurant. Our room was small, clean and comfortable. We booked in the restaurant downstairs and we're so glad we did. The food was FANTASTIC. We would recommend booking a table. We also managed to park in the restaurant car park which was free. The staff were lovely. It was a very reasonable hotel rate too. ”

Useimmissa hotelleissa, tässäkin oli pesunesteet varsin voimakashajuisia. Uskoisin, että hajusteettomat tuotteet olisivat parempia, kaikille sopivia. Olimme varanneet ja maksaneet huoneen Hotels.comille kokonaisuudessaan, mutta lähtiessämme meitä veloitettiin aamukiireessä vielä "erehdyksessä" lisää. Rahat pahoitteluineen...

When I went down to complain they said they had no other twins left so would ring around the other hotels, which at 11.30pm was not what we wanted, so - as was with my 17 year old son rather than a work colleague - we stuck with double room.
