”From the photos of the rooms I had seen, I was prepared for a rather boring, average room, so I was very pleasantly surprised when the room turned out to be very stylish and charming. The fabrics were of lovely and of good quality and there were antiques as well as modern touches. The bathroom was spacious and had really nice granite and large porcelain tile. ”One of the worst hotels and customer service. The family room we had pre paid was apparently not in service. The hotel manager took almost 2 hours to figure out alternate room situation. They kept changing their version from telling us that we will be given adjoining rooms to it being unavailable to finally giving us rooms that had non functioning AC and we needed to ask for fan at night. Although the location is convenient and very close to Heathrow the hotel rooms being non functional and poor...

”Wonderful stay for the summer with river views and amazing terrace. So many peaceful places to sit and watch the river in the grounds. The rooms were lovely - spacious, big bed and bathrooms and the extra amenities were very appreciated. Its a stunning setting for a summer break.”

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”
