”The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night.”

”It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too). Overall it's a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good parking lot and very quiet. Breakfast is continental (average) that is worth the price, children eat free!”

”Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance. Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious. Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good. Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading) Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm. Ideal stay for lunchtime...

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”

”We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i”
