”Siisti ja hyvä huone, hotelli on kävelyetäisyydellä ostosmahdollisuuksista ja yliopistoalueesta.”

”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”Room was lovely and clean staff were friendly and helpful breakfast starts at 06:00 plenty of it and very enjoyable But oh the bed I had a twin room single beds my weight is about 15 stone and when is sat on the bed the mattress had hardly any indentation at all. Don’t think I’ve ever laid on anything as hard that mattress? It’s so uncomfortable that all through the night you tossed and turned which means that the very small continental quilt that hardly reaches down the sides of the falls onto...

”Muuten aivan kerta kaikkiaan täydellinen hotelli, mutta museotason ikkunoista kuului kadun meteli huoneeseen unta häiriten, korvatulpista huolimatta. Kannattaa ehkä pyytää hiljaista huonetta jos on herkkäuninen. Uskomattoman hieno sisustus, todella siisti, ystävällinen palvelu.”

”Very good stay, if you have a car. Without a car, no chance. Oxford city around 20min away. Clean, quite big room. Okay bed. Nothing special, but everyrhing worked. No restaurant. Breakfast was poor. No fridge. ”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and went the extra mile upon our early arrival when I was in need of space to work before our room was ready for check in. I can recommend the staff, excellent location, and a nice room”

”Hyvä sijainti mutta silti hiljainen. Ilmastointi olisi iso plus kesällä.”
