”Location! Location! Location!”

”Professional and well organised. Lovely pool and spa area. Nice dinner and not too expensive. Unfortunately the lift was out of order and we had trouble using the lockers at the pool otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Staff were good.”

”I am suprised this hotel accommodation has not been condemned, obviously the building, hygiene, health, hotel inspectors have never visited. I have stayed in various locations around the world including Sudan, Zimbabwe, Belize in the outback with no basic infrastructure facilities, and I've got to say the Swan Inn, Heathrow Airport would fit in well it amongst them. Third World outback accommodation has hit 16 High Street, Staines TW19 7JS. Apart from that I don't think I'll be rushing back...

”Hyvä full english breakfast kuului huoneen hintaan. Ilmainen parkkipaikka. Wi-fi. Kaikki toimi. Hyvä sijainti. ”

”We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay”

”★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

”Beautiful - Easy - Friendly - No Holds - Means Business - EAsy Access - Close to Whats Needed.”

”The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉”

”This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

”Overall a fine stay and what we expected from a Premier Inn. I think staff could deal with some retraining on how to deal with customer complaints. We didn't appreciate front desk staff knocking on our hotel door at 3am TWICE and waking up our jet lagged baby that we spent half an hour soothing. Super disappointing and left us feeling very uncomfortable.”

”Not anything close to what's advertised. Very poor. You get a room and shared amenities. Place can be noisy because of other guests in the house. We had no hot water on the last day.”

”Room and amenities was ok but the corridor on the 6th floor smelled like it was directly connected to the restaurant kitchen ventilation, and had been so for several years. Also our room had a slightly “funky” smell and since you can’t open the window to ventilate the room you just have to live with it… Parking garage was fine but if you have a larger car or SUV you might need to a bit careful when entering and exiting the garage since it demands some care negotiating the turns going up or down...

”Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.”

”Very nice host. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting to an early flight at the airport.”

”Very clean, tidy property. Great communication from host. We all had a comfortable stay.Lamp near the bed would have been useful is the only minor suggestion.Would stay again.”
