”Just some minor things I noticed but overall an enjoyable stay. One elevator was down and the one we took took sounded unsafe. The front door attendant and valet were not friendly or helpful in that we could have used the elevator instead of stairs with all our luggage. In our rooms some dust and a spot on duvet but otherwise clean, well thought out and spacious. Food and art in the hotel are fabulous as well as atmosphere. Staff were helpful when asked.”

The penthouse restaurant views of the city were beautiful. This would also be a great place to stay if you were going to see a show at the Fox Theater.”

”Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
