”Really impressive building, architecturally fully of history. Lovely, welcoming and super hospitable and respectful staff. A bit of a family feel to the place. Warm, comfy, spacious and great shower. Super accommodating of dogs with treats, bowls and bins. Dogs even permitted in the restaurant! I didn’t try the restaurant but breakfast menu looked lovely. In terms of value for money - excellent. Highly recommend. ”

”Warm welcome with lovely staff who never seemed to sleep(!) but always served with a smile. The menu had a good selection of dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed the homemade food which was tasty and generous in portion size. The spiced plum crumble was amazing and we were told they were homegrown plums! The room was lovely and exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean and neat. We loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended. ”
