”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”This Hotel was a hidden gem on it's category. Everything they serve is good and proper, rooms are nice, service comes with smile and in English too. Outside pool was small and narrow and a bit outdated, but served the purpose fine and is constantly maintained. Rooms are really nice and all amenities work well. For overnight stay a true gem with really tasty breakfast.”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank One minus was the fitness center that has only indoor bicycles, one rowing machine and a thread mill. Hand weights only up to...

”Uniikki, hieman rokimpi hotelli, jossa joka nurkassa pieniä yksityiskohtia, joita katsella. Huoneet värikkäät, mustaa ja sinistä tai punaista. Huonekoko pieni, toinen huoneistamme todella mini. Sängyt erittäin tukevat ja hyvät nukkua. Aamiainen hyvä, hieman tuunattu modernimmaksi. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja kielitaitoista. Kävelymatkan päässä kaikkialta,”

”This is a nice, clean hotel located fairly close to all the sights. We chose it because there is a garage underneath the hotel - very convenient. Good service and staff is very helpful in giving tips where to eat and where the Christmas markets can be found.”

”Vanhaan 1600-luvulta peräisin olevaan rakennukseen remontoitu erinomainen hotelli. Huone oli viihtyisä, tyylikäs ja tilava. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Sijainti loistava. Hinta/laatu -suhde oli erinomainen. Tosin ilmeisesti hinta eBookersin kautta oli huomattavasti listahintaa edullisempi.”

”Erinomainen hotelli vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, oma sisäpiha/terassialue, oma pysäköintialue. Upgrade deluxe-huoneeseen. Monipuolinen ja herkullinen aamiainen. Hotelli mainostaa kuntosalia, mutta se on itse asiassa puolen kilometrin päässä oleva sali, jossa on myös kaksi squashkenttää.”

”Ei mitenkään erityinen, mutta hinta-laatusuhteeltaan varmaankin Strasbourgin paras. Olen työn takia kokeillut kohta kymmentä eri paikkaa. Sijainti lähiössä on tietysti huonoin puoli, mutta ratikalla pääsee lähelle.”
