”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”Vanhaan 1600-luvulta peräisin olevaan rakennukseen remontoitu erinomainen hotelli. Huone oli viihtyisä, tyylikäs ja tilava. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Sijainti loistava. Hinta/laatu -suhde oli erinomainen. Tosin ilmeisesti hinta eBookersin kautta oli huomattavasti listahintaa edullisempi.”

”The room was clean and well maintained. the staff was courteous and very helpful. There was at least 4 languages available at the front desk and any given time. The bar had good food and fresh local seasonal beer. The location by the Rotonde for parking and tram access was incredibly convenient and a very affordable way to have unlimited access to the Strasbourg transit system. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back.”

”Hotelli valikoitui lähinnä pysäköintimahdollisuutensa vuoksi. Huone oli kulahtanut ja haisi märältä koiralta. Aamulla heräsin tukkoisena, joten ei allergikoille. Huonekuvauksessa luvattu näkymä puutarhaan oli lähinnä vitsi. Aamupala ihan ok, parkkapaikka melko suuri ja alle 10 kilometriä Strasbourgiin. Plussaa myös vastaanoton ystävällisestä palvelusta. Yhdenyön yöpymiseen ihan ok, mutten viihtyisi yhtään pidempään.”

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”
