First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother. ”Keskitasoa hieman heikompi huoneistohotelli kävelyetäisyydellä rautatieasemasta ja kaupungin nähtävyyksistä. Huoneet sinänsä aivan toimivat mutta kaipaisivat kunnon pintaremonttia sekä parempaa päivittäistä kunnossapitoa viihtyvyyden ja asumismukavuuden parantamiseksi. Keittiössä astioista paikalla vain pieni osa, wc-tila nuhjuinen, kylpyammeen suihkuverho ulottui katosta vain puolen metrin päähän ammeen reunasta eikä siis suojannut juurikaan, ei hiustenkuivaajaa huoneessa (sai vastaanotosta...

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels.
