”Lovely well equipped place. Beautiful view and great restaurant downstairs. For some reason the shower didn’t have much hot water, although taps did. Management said they would look at it. ”

”I enjoyed our stay very much. There was anything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Its a comfortable place to stay. I love the yard. All the games and stuff we did not play but the stuff for them was there. The woods in the backyard were cool! And if ur going to Jamestown this is a great location to stay at! Literally 4 miles down the road is the ferry you take right over to it. If i return to the area ever, i would stay here again.”

”There was a distinct musty/moldiness to the main living spaces of the house that definitely hit my families' allergies. The house was fine enough otherwise, though it was smaller than expected given the listing. Access to the main bedroom was through another bedroom, which meant going to our room at the same time that our daughter went to bed. There weren't enough hand towels and the remaining towels were non- absorbant.”

”My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The large fenced in yard was awesome. We brought our small dog and she enjoyed running around the yard. The house was roomy for the eight of us!The short ferry boat ride to Jamestown and Williamsburg was great and the children enjoyed it.The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!”

The villa-style accommodations were spacious, clean, and well equipped with a full kitchen, which made it very convenient for a longer stay. It felt more like a home than a hotel...

”Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay.”

”The property is beautiful as always, very peaceful and great for families. I was a bit disappointed with the spa tub in the king bathroom. There was a lot of dead skin just sitting in the tub and The bathtub in the second room was stopped up. We only used the shower and it was puddling at the bottom.
