”This place was so disgusting that I left in the middle of a snowstorm without a refund for the approximately $180/night. Everything was sticky and I didn’t even want my dog walking around barefoot. It is literally a truck stop bathroom. It smells like urine and bleach once you reach the 2nd floor where the rooms are. It was extremely uncomfortable to breathe the air, and it was peak winter, so I couldn’t open the windows. I’m shocked this place has received any good reviews at all, and I’m still...

”Overall, the facility was clean. In a good spot with an ample amount of restaurants and shopping stores close buy. The only thing I experienced negatively is the air conditioner. I couldn't cool the room down. The front vent was missing as well.”

”Basic room at a reasonable rate. Property was decently clean. Not much to the continental breakfast but it was stocked. Only issue I had was a chair that was not properly assembled. When someone tried to sit in it, the chair itself flipped forward while the frame remained on the floor. The person fell to the ground and it has been reported. That is being handled by management t hankfully.”

”This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth.”

”Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean.”

I had booked another home and the door code didn’t work and we were never able to get access. I had to contact VRBO, who advised me to rent another property or hotel and my original booking would be refunded. When I contacted the host of this property she was so accommodating. ”The lobby was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The outside area leading to the rooms needs renovation. It seems rundown. overall it was decent but not as nice as I would expect for the price”
