The front desk staff - in particular Laura charged my card a damage fee because she said the tv was too loud while we were gone to the casino and it cause both rooms next to us to leave the hotel. ”I was very sad to see Cherokee go down so much since I was there as a kid. Although I’m grateful for the job that it brought to the area having the casino it has really made. Everything else looks so rundown. Shops were falling apart. people were very nice everywhere we went. I probably would not stay at this hotel again although the staff was so sweet.”

”Read everything about this cabin before booking. It is true to description, but I did not feel safe there. There was not an additional lock inside the cabin to prevent someone with a spare key coming in- and anyone could make a copy of that key. With the no service and the locks, we decided to go somewhere else for peace of mind. We did not receive any refund.”
