”The first room was very run down and dirty. The walls and door were covered with stains and spots, the chairs had stains and spots on them, and the bed still had hair on it. When we asked about possibly getting a different room the lady working that night was very rude. After some back and forth she gave us the key to look at a different room. That room was also in poor condition including the door having a larger piece missing in the bottom corner. We stayed in the first room as it was too late...

”After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the...

”Certainly worth the $$ Currently renovating. Great customer service. No bugs.”

”We had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel was clean, modern, and nicely updated, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the water was nice and warm, making it a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the wonderful staff managing the breakfast area. They were extremely...

”Great location for our trip to Manhattan and graduation at Tappan Zee high school for our niece. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk down to Main Street and have breakfast at the Art Cafe and go shopping. Mark and Jill were great hosts! Their hospitality has been the best we have ever had at a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.”

”For the younger generation this place is the perfect place to be. For people our age (70’s) we were hoping for a little different. Hosts were great to deal with and the location was perfect. We also found it to be well maintained.”

”Nice place to relax and enjoy your away from home. To be there again soon. Owner was helpful throughout stay. Thanks see you again Fabian”

”Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. ”

”Nice house in a good location and was clean but the house definitely needed more attention to details and was not set up well for a VRBO rental Upon arrival we were told that in order to have a/c we needed to find the window units(in closets) and put them in ourselves, not what you would expect to be told for a vacation rental. There were other problems with the house as well. We definitely would have requested another home thru VRBO but we had limited time and didn’t want to take time away...
