”Room was clean and beds made everyday. Always plenty of towels in the room. Robes were great and slippers for spa was a plus. My kids were so excited they had cookies waiting for them.”

”The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view. I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. We had breakfast it was excellent. Our waitress was a charming a lovely person. Would definitely go back.”

”No staff. Had to get our key from a lock box. Finally got in to discover just a sheet on the beds. No blankets or covers whatsoever. The tv didnt work either. Total disaster. We didnt stay. Drove 2 hours to get home.”
