”nice clean room with a large updated bathroom. Property is right on the lake- perfect to sit and relax or walk around. there is a bar on premises next to the lovely restaurant and there is a bar on the lake just a short walk from the property. close to all the wineries, Watkins glen and breweries. A great weekend escape.”

”So disappointing for our anniversary! The room was filthy, and it smelled like mold! We absolutely froze! We had turned the heat on, but still had to utilize the hot water from the shower, and the microwave in the room to warm it up! Definitely not worth what we paid!”

The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning.
