”It was a lot cleaner inside and outside since I was there in June the lady at the desk was great even though some crazy lady was screaming at her and lying to anyone who would listen to her and threating people that woman at the desk was the nicest and most professional person I have ever met I look forward to returning and staying there”

”This property would be more appropriate for a budget business traveler on extended stay rather than 3 women on vacation. There are long term people staying at this location and they all hang out in the parking lot smoking (since it is a non smoking hotel). There was no coffee available. The room had a kitchen but nothing to cook with.”

”Wonderful stay at SringHill Suites! Breakfast was amazing, it had a variety of options for everyone. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool is open late 11pm and gym is open 24 hours. The pool could need a little maintenance like updating the pool surface. They also provided guest with disposable utensils and condiments like ketchup, mustard and mayo for guest who order out and didn't get these items. This was major bc the establishment we order completely forgot to send us utensils....

”Excellent service. The room was super clean and in a very good conditions. All the staff is so kind and friendly and you can feel the good ambiance on their workplace. The breakfast was amazing and different every day. The location was so convenient near to a Walmart and a different options of fast food. Thank you so much . I will recommend you”

”Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Grounds were unkept. No one was at the front desk when I first arrived. Waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and had to leave for dinner. Came back to find out that they were overbooked.”

”This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

”Check in/ check out was a little wonky. The overhead light in the room was ghastly, but the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The room climate control was also good.”

”Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.”

”The property was conveniently located to our trips many destinations allowing us to come and go as needed. Plenty of room for the six adults, while providing ample restrooms and seating when we were at the residence. Looking forward to booking again in the future.”
