”This property is centrally located in Tulum so if you’re planning any excursions everything is only 10-15 minutes away. The property itself was under renovation during our visit so there were rolling closures in restaurants and main building. A little annoying but we managed. Glad to see there were renovating as it was in dire need. It’s a dated property but looking past that the staff helped make it great.
The live music and shows in the evening were also above average.

”The property was clean the food was horrible also the drinks were no good. The property has alot of old retired people there is nothing to do as entertainment on the property Hot water was good air conditioning was good there is nowhere to store your clothes being a five star hotel and the so call private Jacuzzi if you on the first floor is not private. The only good thing is you can go and use all the facilities on the other properties which are a free trolly drive away. I would not stay at...

”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle).
Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa.
Personnel was very friendly and helpful.
There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊”
