”We stayed here for one night and had a great time. The hotel was in a great location and we really appreciated the fact that the lift went down to the quayside as we had a pram with us so the steps would’ve been very difficult. The hotel was beautiful and we managed to park in the car park which was very convenient. The concierge was very helpful and staff were all very friendly. Our quayside view was also great! ”It is a good hotel. We had great stay. Room and fridge was good. We just had our room double booked, right after we checked in someone else had checked in to the same room. That was cleared quickly but the our keys did not work after so had to get them done again. Town is close by 20 min walk and metro stop less than 10min walk.”

”We stayed here for one night to attend a concert, bargain price for what was offered. Easy 20 mins into Newcastle town centre, super friendly staff, comfy bed, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel and fantastic breakfast! Thank you for a lovely stay.”

"It's not new place and overall it looks quite fine. However via hotels.com we had a marking in our room that it includes AC. It definitely didn't. It was extremely hot. There's some towel heater in the toilet that can't be turned off at all. Toilet is constant +30-35C during summer days. In the room you can only open your window by few inches. They had a small table fan in the closet which was the most disgusting thing I've seen for a while. It was covered in thick dust and dirt and it took like half an hour to clean it. At first it shot huge cloud of dust all over the room. TV also needed power from the outlet so you needed to press the button first. When you look behind the TV you can see probably years of thick moisturized dust formed everywhere so it looked more like a fire hazard than only just disgusting. There was breakfast and it was ok but without anything fresh to go on bread. But bacon, beans, eggs and sausages were available. Beds were comfortable and shower had nice shower gels and shampoos. There was also very good parking area outside. Check-in&out also worked very fast and that was nice. There's also good looking gym."
