”The rooms have not been maintained at all. Everything was falling apart, dirty or completely broken. Came after a hurricane but could not reach the property for an entire day with multiple calls. During check in I confirmed they had been there all day and just not answered phone. Really not worth the price of the stay.”

”Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel.
We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned.
I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash.
I will not be staying here again.”

”They did a great job of providing a hot breakfast with no power due to the hurricane.
I found it disappointing there was not a hair dryer in the room and the rooms have zero sound insulation. You can hear everything. Also, smokers need to be removed from entrance& exits cause the smell permeates the whole first floor and difficult to get outside with a pet when you have to push thru all the smokers.”

”What we liked:
The breakfast was excellent—fresh, plentiful, and a real highlight of the stay. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, which made check-in and any requests pleasant. The beds were also very comfortable, so we slept well once we settled in.
What could be improved:
Unfortunately the room had a strong musty odor, as if it hadn’t been used in months. It was noticeable enough to affect the overall atmosphere. There was a tour bus at the property, so we suspect we may have been...
