”Very dated and worn and not very clean. No welcoming "items' at all, just old long opened leftover coffee etc. Outside lights not working properly. Live TV only accessible by trawling through apps. ”

”Clean room, good gym”

”One night stay in penthouse room in a hot day without aircondition. Own mistake was to not to see the lack of aircondition.”

”Ihanat modernit huoneet. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. ”

”Jo hieman elämää nähnyt hotelli Regent’s parkin takana Swiss Cottagessa. Hotellia on ajansaatossa saneerattu.

”The building is beautiful and historic, but service and safety issues overshadowed its charm. Service: My stay began poorly when I was given a room inferior to the one I chose on the Hotels.com app. Staff were skeptical that specific rooms could even be selected via the app and offered no apology.

”In the room, they serve free water cans, right next to paid ones. I accidentally drank one, and realised my mistake. They charged me £8.5 for a bottle of water, when you can have as much free water as you like. It is set up to trick customers. I asked for the minibar to be removed. They have glued the minibar inc. expensive water and snacks onto the desk, and wanted £25 to remove the mini-bar. I explained my religious reasons for the removal, and they agreed to take the alcohol out for free....
