”Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family.”

”Been several years since I last stayed here. It is in a beautiful rural hamlet only 20 mins from Welwyn Garden City. It is a very quaint place to stay that is dog friendly. The staff are also great. I didn’t realise the bar closed at 8pm on a Monday and the menu was very limited for me as a gluten free diner. I had to have dinner between 6 and 7 ish. ”Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out. ”

”Note that this is not normal hotel. Its rooms on upstairs of an Bub. Bed room and bathroom was where pretty okay just been renovated. Room did not have heating on when I arrived so takes a bit time to get heating on. Wifi was promised to include but it was external Wifi where you need to register and I dont do that on sudden hotels.. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear moves on the hallway and other room discussions. There is no restaurant at the Bub(hotel) so NO dinner and no breakfast...
