”The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.”

”We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time.”

”Check-in quick and easy Plenty of activities and shows Food quality and service excellent”

”The staff were welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was excellent, in a spacious and well designed area. The location was a good one for the Cotswolds”

”On arrival, we didnt realise there was an older wing and a newer wing. We were in the older wing and the lifts do not go up to the 2nd floor in the older part of the hotel where our room was located and so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our rooms. The walk was very higgly piggly and I did some damage to my back carrying the suitcases upstairs. As a senior, it would have been nice if help was provided with our luggage. When we checked out we asked for someone to take our luggage...

”Location and property had received upgrades. Food as good !!”

”Additional for the pool - pool and changing rooms, needs updating.”

”The hotel was clean and well maintained but the furnishings were a bit shabby. The breakfast was well cooked but choices were limited.”

”The places was perfect for my needs. Single traveller stopping one night. Staff were friendly and informative of the surrounding places. Cafe almost dead opposite did a really good breakfast.”

”Nice location and property”

”Wonderful small hotel with a big heart! The best impression was the personal touch. The note they leave on your bed, the list of locally supplied ingredients with a map! Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere and the best food! I have to praise Olie (I hope I got the name right), he was so helpful, calm and patient. 10/10 hotel 10/10 location 11/10 food”

”Old building with nice decor but dysfunctional as a hotel. No air conditioning, window doesn’t really open, shower leaks water on the floor, and bed was very bad. Avoid the kitchen.”
