”First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.”

”Came for a short stay had everything we wanted and was able to use the pool, sauna etc without paying any extra. Could have had more staff serving at the bar. Guy behind reception was great the room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed ”

”The hotel was ideal for a stay overnight for us following a long flight from South America to Heathrow Airport and was on our route to home. The room was spotlessly clean; the breakfast good and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only problem we experienced was that the postcode for the hotel would not work in our Sat Nav from the airport.”

”I loved the set up of the rooms. In a great location, amazing price and right next to loads of shops so really handy. A few things that I would say needs to be looked at is the water pressure in the shower , it was really low. There was mould above the shower which just needed simply wiping down. Room was lovely and would 100% book and come back again!”

”Old building with nice decor but dysfunctional as a hotel. No air conditioning, window doesn’t really open, shower leaks water on the floor, and bed was very bad. Avoid the kitchen.”

”Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. ”
