Alina was professional, polite and could not do enough to ensure our stay was what we had wanted and expected.
When we arrived (during one of the hottest days this year) the fan in our room did not seem to work. We went down to report the issue at 5pm then never thought anymore as we went for dinner. Upon our return a beautiful, brand new, large fan was waiting. They had rushed out and managed to find one, which was amazing. ...
”Fabulous, form check in to leaving the staff were fabulous...attentive , friendly and welcoming. I called ealier to let them know I would be there at 8PM and still ok for late check in. When i arrived i was shown to my room and asked if i would eating with them tonight, after dumping my stuff i went to the bar where they had set a table for me in advance. super staff and very attentive...food was good. But what really stuck out was the service and care...and different team at breakfast but...
