”Way to much construction..can’t sleep in the morning..they need to tell guests this when booking and at check in ”

”Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean.”

”Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. ”

”Hot tub & pool was loaded with young children & site was under renovation. However, my jacuzzi suite was acceptable until I removed the mattress cover to fine urine stain where I was going to need to sleep. The manager returned my payment on the spot and apologized. ”

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”Parking felt safe, 25$ incidental lol you can’t beat that. They should add another pool table and actually take care of it. That was the main reason I booked it, just to see a bunch of teenagers hogging it took the experience away. Also, try out pappadeauxs 11/10. Everything else was fine. ”

”Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance...

”heating not working it was nobody on checking desk long time totally unacceptable unprofessional staff and organization plus it was yelling and shouting in 12-1 am unbelievable crazy guests and a staff it like we are not in hotel like on the streets big 0 first and last time here”
