”The Madison is so close to the Capitol that it was easy to walk and enjoy its beauty. We were greeted at the desk by Tyler who checked us in, but also told us what not to miss in his city. He was friendly, kind, and so knowledgeable about Madison. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were of a good quality and smelled wonderful. A beautiful hotel in a great location!”

”1* for hotel service. None of the questions were successfully resolved:
1) figuring how to pay for kid for Sunday brunch took 4 days. Nobody knew the answer.
2) Sunday brunch 11-1pm finished at 12:30pm when service left without notifying. Nobody showed up.
3) We forgot an item on table after brunch. Somebody cleaned, but nobody knew the contact person. Nobody reached back. In few days the answer was "sorry, nothing was found"
4) Same for item left in the room after checkout. We were asked to...

”Very nice property. Super clean and staff was helpful. They provide daily breakfast and have an outdoor patio outside of indoor pool. It was half the price of other hotels in delavan. Minutes from the lake. Highly recommend.”
