”We travelled as three couples, and I booked the atay for all of us. We stayed during the hottest July on record and two couples had rooms woth literally NO aircon , and one couple have fully functioning cold aircon. Why?
The fan is the rooms is just useless and the heat was unbearable ..literally!
Either state that some rooms DO NOT have air-conditioning or reduce the price of rooms that dont have it. The trip really was challenging for the two couples without. Be honest.

”The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

”Hotel was fine. It wasn’t amazing nor was it poor. It was fine. We had a family room and it was plenty big enough. Rooms could do with air conditioning as they were so warm and also some security on the windows. With two small children and being on the ground floor the windows could be pulled open from outside and climbed through sonw had to keep them closed and roast all night. Pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Parking spaces are tiny so if you have anything bigger than a mini, prepare to...

”The Hotel was very cosy, lots of “stuff everywhere” on the walls etc, so very individual if that’s your thing.
Room was small but had everything, staff were polite and efficient, food good etc.”

”Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again.”
