”Tired old dump. Tired exterior. Dirty linen cages dumped on car park, no air con, small uncomfortable bed. Low quality inedible breakfast and undrinkable coffee. Bottom of the market tired old dump.”

”Room was really clean. Parking was easy. Breakfast wasn’t great , bacon was just about cooked. We had to wait over 10 mins for them to bring out more breakfast items for a full English.”

”I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a classic double room and it was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed (hot drinks, Elemis shampoo, body wash). Some slight wear and tear on the furniture (warped side tables and desk) which is easily fixed and will make the room near perfect.
The only issue we did have was this thinness of the walls and ceilings. We were woken by people walking in their room above us and could hear...

”Very nice breakfast and hotel staff really friendly and helpful.
Rooms nice and clean although building itself seems a bit old with creaking floors. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition although in need of a revamp. But overall excellent value for money”

”The Hotel was very cosy, lots of “stuff everywhere” on the walls etc, so very individual if that’s your thing.
Room was small but had everything, staff were polite and efficient, food good etc.”

”The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate.”

”Worcester Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf delivered an adequate but underwhelming stay. The room and bed were ok, comparable to a Premier Inn in décor and comfort, but the wider hotel felt tired and poorly maintained. Hall carpets were sagging and dirty, woodwork was damaged, and several areas looked neglected. Despite its four‑star rating, the experience was closer to three‑star.
The Garden Room restaurant was the biggest disappointment. Although marketed as relaxed fine dining, the reality...
