”Very basic, main areas especially bathroom, bedding and kitchen were clean. Needs a bit of extra TLC in outdoor area and re painting indoors. Sofas were tired and had some stains and a bulb missing in one bedroom. A lot of money for one night considering it needs refurbishment my. Living room also smelt of smoke. ”

”Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video.”

”Luxury is quite a stretch - it’s much more cheap n cheerful, so if you just need a place to sleep, this will do. It’s in a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and good transport links. I had the ‘garden room’ on the top floor which overlooks the roof terrace and a ball games court, so didn’t have any road noise. The bed was comfortable, the decor better than most, and there’s even bottled water, tea and coffee sachets and biscuits, though the latter were out of date. The shared...
