âTĂ€mĂ€ hotelli on tĂ€ydellinen! Huone missĂ€ me olimme oli nimeltÀÀn Camille ja se on kokemisen arvoinen. Palvelu on ensiluokkaista. Illallismenu ylĂ€kerran ravintolassa oli myös todella hyvĂ€ ja nĂ€kymĂ€t ihanat yli stonetownin. â
âAn excellent spot in the Stonetown. We stayed a couple of nights in Espresso. This location is near to the harbour area, and many shops for souvenirs or daily needs. The room was clean and spaceous, a slight surprise was the separate but private washroom - understandable in an old building with history and character. The service is excellent, and the breakfast was very versatile. High recommendations!â
âI loved the charm of the old building. Breakfast was included and was very good. The famous Lukmaan restaurant is right around the corner. There is a mosque across the alley, so you will hear the call to prayer unless youâre a heavy sleeper. There is also street noise but it usually gets quieter the later it gets. There is no parking. Make sure the taxi driver points out the building because itâs very nondescript. Overall a great place to stay. â

âWe enjoyed our stay at the Spice Tree Hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were nice. The location was great for exploring StoneTown and the staff also offered great recommendations. We had a great stay!â
âVietimme loistavan kaksiviikkoisen loman tĂ€ssĂ€ todella tasokkaassa hotellissa . En voisi kuvitella parenpaa ja ystĂ€vĂ€llisempÀÀ palvelua mitĂ€ saimme osaksemme. Aamiaisbuffetti oli tĂ€ydellinen. Samoin menuu. Kaiken lisĂ€ksi pÀÀkokki kĂ€vi kyselemĂ€ssĂ€ ettĂ€ jos listalta ei löydy sopivaa niin tehdÀÀn sellainen. Ei tarvinnut tehdĂ€. Sijainti erinomainen . Meren rannalla , kaupunkin keskustassa.â
âI was able to get very early (free) check-in and also late check-out. the hotel has a great and long history and it locates in fabulous and busy area in Stone Town. easy to find! many restaurants nearby, also only just 200 m to the beach. no place for parking nearby! The room was too huge for me actually, so it was even hard to see TV from the other end of the room. âWe can't say enough good things about our stay at Habari House. My husband and I travel quite a bit and never have we stayed somewhere with such gracious hosts as G and Lucy. They welcomed us in and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. In fact, when I mentioned that my mattress was a bit firm, they went out and got a new mattress and a foam topper to ensure I would have a good night's sleep. I didn't want them to go to the trouble, but they graciously insisted.

Service in the restaurant:
the cook was polite also the waiters and waitresses. There weren't really other customers but still.
We complain about the noise that bothered us after the bar closed it doors. Noises from the stairway was a bit too much 1 a.m. In a morning. Also the shower sewer didn't work. After 6 days we were professionals to deal with it.
The biggest problem was the safety part. One day the reseptionist didn't find our key card. We got a real key...
