In the bathrooms we have dealt with sagging curtain rods, torn shower curtains, and loose shower handles that will not stay in place. ”June 2026 - they are in the midst of a big remodel, so take that into account. Unfortunately, they are missing some of the easy stuff that should be done right away, like putting up signs of which way to go to find your room. The room was fine - nice and clean and good sized. But there was no dresser for storing our clothes during a 4-day stay. The kitchenette was great, with a decent sized fridge that could hold our pizza box. ”When booking at a major chain hotel there are certain expectation, they were not met at any point during our three night stay. Our room didn’t have a bathmat so we used out hand towels for the floor. The dispenser rack in the shower meant to hold shampoo, conditioner and body wash was without bottles and was rusted. ”This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in.”
