”Dear Expedia, I cannot possibly give a positive review when I notified you of my situation- that our flight was canceled for more than 30 hours. How could I stay in New York when I am stuck in Florida, missing my grandson’s Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. My reservation should have been canceled and refunded.”

”Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

”This is a lovely property, clean, easy to park and conveniently located next to many dining and shopping options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. It met our needs very well for a one night stop in Rochester but would def stay longer.”
