”The inside was really nice, clean, comfortable. For the price, I would have expected better curb appeal.”

”I usually stay with a different hotel chain, but this was much cheaper so we booked it. I did not have high expectations. The place was clean, friendly and on par with everyone else. I would stay here again. We used the shuttle to and from the airport and that went flawless. There are jets going over. They are low enough that the pressure wave moves the curtains slighty. . Pretty funky but I did planes so I slept just fine.”

”Dirty underwear under the bed Dust everywhere Dirty microwave Refrigerator stunk and was dirty Water bottles from previous patrons left on the side of the bed.”

”Closeness to the airport was convenient”

”STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST. EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM.”

”The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. The next morning the person at the front desk was unaware of our complaint and filed a new complaint on our behalf...

”Housekeeping was every two weeks, if you wanted clean sheets you had to bring dirty sheets to front desk for trade it and you had to make beds. Clean towels were available when you brought dirty towels for exchange at main desk. Beds were not firm at all. I think they were used. If breakfast was supplied, we were never told about it. I left with 5 nights remaining on my paid reservation but they would not refund any money. I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worst enemy.”

”The room's floor was very creaky and noisy. The bedside tables needed cleaned, and the sheets/duvet for the bed was gross. The faucet in the bathroom was not properly attached and moved around when you turned on either faucet. Water pressure was quite low from the sink's faucet. The microwave was peeling on the inside and rusty. At least the air conditioner worked.”

”The establishment was in clean order, staff were very helpful. If something was needed all I had to do was just ask. Even the GM was pleasant to speak to and also work out issues on site! Nice place to relax and unwind, with laundry on site works well l.”

”Nothing in our room was working properly”

”We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

”Stayed in the RIT hotel for just one night. The location Henrietta was very convenient, next to Rochester. The two double beds room was pretty big and well equipped. Good mattresses. The AC was a bit noisy, the coffee machine with cartridges made a good coffee..We would come back.”

”First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit.”
